No internet access

Hello,
my internet is not working since 9th of March. It says no internet access. I sent an email yesterday. Didn't get any reply yet.
My router is TP-Link 743C

mein Englisch ist zu schlecht, deshalb schreibe ich in deutsch.
Ist "TP-Link 743C" die richtige Bezeichnung? Ich kann keinen Router mit diesem Namen finden.
Hat der Internet-Zugang schon mal funktioniert?

I don't understand the system much.
The router name is TP-LInk_74C
And the model is Archer VR600v
I am using the same router from the beginning and this is first time the problem appear...

@btanwer , i think, "TP-Link_743C" is the name of your WiFi (or called " SSID ") .
The model name ist Archer vr600v
The router is kompatible with line speeds up to 100Mbit/s.
What is the result of the "onlline Störungsmeldung" the link from @Chill erst mal above?

Could you figure out what the problem was? Did you restart your Router once? Are you able to connect the internet via LAN (cable)? Or is your whole internet not working?
