Not internet access / english speaking

Hello, My line was activated yesterday.  I got my FRITZBOX 7530 a few hours later.  When I setup the modem, I get a flashing DSL light.  When I run the diagnostic tests, it says its good for 200 meters, but cannot see further than that. I have entered in the access number, password, connection identification, shared user number manually, but still no internet. Thank you for any help.

      I tried that, unfortunately it doesn't work for me.  The error: Your connection details were not recognized. No landline connection is assigned to the login you are using. We can therefore not identify your connection. Please log out first and then log in again on the following page with your telephone and customer number for your landline connection. You can find your customer number on every Telekom landline bill. Also I tried to input the customer info, and doesn't recognize it.
