No internet connection despite everything working well

Hello,

 

 I received the Speedport Smart 4 Plus two days ago and have fixed it with appropriate cables and have done the configuration. 

Unfortunately, I have no internet connection through the router in terms or WiFi or LAN. Speedport.ip says everything is working fine. It’s the Glassfiber internet connection. I have the fibre box at my home. 

I am not sure if I should use a second router with the Speedport or not, I was told it will not be required. 

Kindly help me with this.

      You do not need another router.

      @Akki66 @kohki bec I am having same issue. Everything is fine in telekom login. But, no internet connection. How did you manage to solve this issue? Could you please help me? Thank you in advance.
