NO INTERNET CONNECTION on SPEEDPORT 4- NEW CONTRACT

Hello Telekom Community,

 

I have applied online to have MagentaZuhause M packet on 27.10.22. In a few days I have received my rental router (speed port smart 4) on 5.11.22. Also a technician assignment was on 11.11.22 but I postponed it 21.11.22.

After I received the router on 5th of November, I called the customer service ,with my broken German, to activate my device before the technician visit.  I have dialed my device's leitungs-ID and connected to a operator and she said that it will be activated in a short time. However It didn't. I have waited two weeks for a technician visit and finally he connected my device properly and said that it will be ok after 5 minutes and left. However It didn't.

I try to solved the problem calling the customer sevice again but they said that they are able to see the connection, but when I try to connect the WIFI it is stated that I need to sign in https://anschlussinfo.de.

In short, after many customer service call, I still don't have internet and most sadly I am losing my precious time.

 

Any help is appreciated.

    Hello back,

    From the last customer service call, the operator figured out that I had a miswiring problem and set a technician appointment to solve the problem.
