No internet for a day, and no way to register an outage

On Monday my internet went out for a few minutes but I was easily able to reconnect. It has now been out since Tuesday morning (now Wednesday Morning) and I cannot register an outage because I don't have a landline phone number. What can I do to ensure that this outage is not specific to my building or router and in need of a technician?

What can I do to ensure that this outage is not specific to my building or router and in need of a technician?
If you have internet from Deutsche Telekom, you have been assigned three landline phone numbers. Please check your documents. You can also lookup the numbers using the MeinMagenta smartphone app, which is available for both iOS and Android.
