no internet

hi,
i woke up in the morning, and found out that there is no internet from my router. the router is broadcasting wifi , but it has no internet connection. all smart devices are offline. i have Telekom SpeedPort router, and LED for Status and Link are on (color in white)
the same malfunction happened on 2nd of March. the internet is getting unreliable.

Thank you for your post in our community. Have you already restarted the router? 🙏
If the link and status lights are permanently lit, there should be a DSL connection. Is the online LED also lit?
