Online Vorteil wird mir nicht gutgeschrieben

Hallo,

ich habe Glasfaser Internet zusammen mit der Routergutschrift und dem Onlinevorteil gebucht.
Leider wurde mir der Onlinevorteil von 100€ bisher nicht gutgeschrieben.

Ich bitte um Gutschrift der 100€.
