Only Status and WLAN light are on

Sorry but I do not speak German. My Speedport Smart 3 connected to the internet but there is no wifi connection. I reset the modem and turned off the power but the issue is not resolved. Both the Wlan and Status have white lights. I tested the speed through the DSL Help app and received an error. I checked the status and the only thing that is not right is the DSL status (R006). Can someone please help?

      There can be several potential reasons - one reason would be that the Smart 3 is simply defect.

       

      Your problem description in the beginning I understood that you have a problem with only the Wifi connection - but towards the end I understood that also via Ethernet cable you do not have an internet connection.
