Order confirmation email not received

Hello Telekom,

 

I applied for an Internet/landline contract on 27.05.2022. Since that day I didn't receive new information about it: I don't when the router is going to arrive and when the technician can configure the connection.

 

I try to track the order,  but my contract number only have 9 number instead of 10. So, I need help with this problem. I work from home so this is really a hard situation for me.

      Hello @jcutillas 

       

      Welcome to the community.

       

      Further parameters are only checked when the order is placed to determine whether your tariff can be switched. This usually takes up to 3 weeks.

       

      For example:

      VDSL ports still free? Cross cable not full ?

       

      You should fill out your profile completely so that the Telekom helps team can look it up for you.

      Link in my signature.

      Please enter the callback number / order number in the profile.

      Also your period of time when you can best be reached by phone.

      Yes, I received the email, but the technician didn't come yesterday, he didn't even call to cancel or something.

      I'm sorry to read that the appointment with the technician to set up your landline didn't take place.
