Hi, everyone!
I ordered Glasfaser 600 contract on 05.06.2026. My apartment is on the second floor (in the building with 50+ apartments).
In my room, there was no Glasfaser-Dose or Glasfaser-ID, only the fiber cable to the electrical box at my apartment entrance (the fiber cable also does not have the adapter head on). So, I marked them as "No Glasfaser-Dose yet" when I ordered.
I have received no contact from anyone about the installation of Glasfaser-Dose so far since then.
I already bought a Telekom Glasfaser Modem and a router, waiting for the Glasfaser-Dose to come.
However, today (17.06.2026), I received an email from Telekom saying that the contract will start and it is ready for setup.
But how? The Glasfaser-Dose is still not in my room, though?
Any support from Teamie would really be appreciated.

have you already asked them about this? Maybe your previous tenant wanted to take the box as a souvenir.

Actually, I sent them an email asking about this this morning 8AM and they have not replied back yet.
But on 9:45 AM to day I got the setup mail from Telekom somehow...
I am the first tenant of this apartment, so the stealing should not be the case.
I remembered seeing the Telekom notice on the announcement board that they will install Glasfaser-Dose for each apartment on 02.04.2026 and I was at the apartment the whole day, but sadly they didn't come to my apartment room.
Since I am still at work, I will share the picture once I am home.

Okay, maybe it was forgotten or maybe no one was there yet.
What about your neighbors?
Yeah, no problem if you post a picture later.
Maybe your property management also has information about the status of the fiber optic cable in the house, as they usually coordinate with Telekom.
