OTP messages from Sri Lankan bank suddenly stopped since last month

Since last week, the OTP messages for HNB Bank Sri Lanka have been stopped receiving to my personal phone number. This was working for since the beginning of this year 2021. I consulted my Sri Lankan bank, and they checked the electronic setup, and all were OK for them. Can you please check why?

      Why an SMS sent from a Sri Lanka banc towards your Deutsche Telekom mobile phone number does not arrive - almost impossible to find out...

      Good evening @manulakdissanayake,

      thanks for your writing and the discription according to your problem.
      There are different possible reasons why the messages didn't reach you.

      How does it look with your reception? Do other running doing well so far?
      The reception needs to be good for these important banking messages.

      Do you have any antivirus program on your smartphone?
      In the case you use one, please check the settings. Most of them stop those specific SMS.

      What's about your settings and barriers on you contract?
      Are there any barriers like e.g. a third-party barrier?

      Hello 

      Thanks a lot for the response.

       

      I have good reception, and I do not have any antivirus program running on my phone. 

      I am using iPhone with iOS 14. 

       

      This was perfectly working before. But for two months only I started not receiving the bank OTP. After I complained to them, they did a technical verification test and confirmed that the messages are correctly sent to my +4917534***** number. 

       

      I am helpless since I cannot access my Sri Lankan bank account anymore.

      Any help will be appreciated.

      Hey Manulak @manulakdissanayake,

      thanks for your quick response.
      Ok, by your information we can erase two of the mentioned problems so far.
      Can you please fill in all your details in your profile here: https://t1p.de/6q7m
      With this information I can check if there are any barriers in your contract.

      Nevertheless please try this also:
      Activate the flight mode in your iPhone.
      Then please restart your smartphone and wait until it's completely started.
      The deactivate the flight morde in your iPhone again and wait up to 10 minutes.
      Please try to get another OTP message by your bank.
      Do you get it now?
