Hallo,

 

ich habe zwei Mobilfunk Verträge, einen neueren und einen Uralt-Vertrag.

Gerne würde ich zu dem Uralt-Vertrag über Vertragsverlängerung als neuen Tarif die PlusKarte auswählen. 

 

Mir wird aber angezeigt „Aktueller Vertrag nicht verlängerbar“!

Damit komme ich nicht an die PlusKarte, was nun?
