Guten Morgen zusammen.

Ich versuche schon seit 2 Monaten meinen DSL Tarif zu wechseln.Leider wird dieser relativ schnell storniert.Immer mit der Begründung "Portmangel".

Ist das normal bei einem Tarifwechsel? Wie lange kann soetwas dauern?
