Hallo, wir sind MagentaL Kunden in Darmstadt-Dieburg Kreis. Seit >2 Monate unsere Internet is sehr langsam (mind Download Speed ist weit unter Vertragstariff) und auch kein Festnetz! Öfter is Internet komplett aus

Gibt es eine Empfehlung woran es liegt? Oder was zu tun (Störung haben wir gemeldet aber keine Rückmeldung).
