Rückgabe Leihrouter

Hallo,

 

Durch die IP Umstellung wurde mein langjähriger Telekomanschluss vor 2 Jahren durch die TCom gekündigt. Nach Neubeauftragung hatte ich Entertain ohne es zu wollen. Nach 2 Jahren konnte ich die option kündigen, nun habe ich aber wieder eine  2 Jahres Mindestvertragslaufzeit. Nun will ich mir einen eigenen Router besorgen und die Leihgebühr sparen, kann aber den Router anscheinend, da Neuvertrag erst nach 12 Monaten kündigen, obwohl ich den ja schon 24 Monate nutze. Jedenfalls habe ich kein neuen bekommen. Ist das richtig???

    der gemietete Router muss einmal zurückgeschickt werden, dieser kann hier auf die Reise gebracht werden: https://retoure.telekom-dienste.de/miete/ Auf dieser Seite können alle erforderlichen Rücksendeunterlagen erstellt und ausgedruckt werden.

     

    Nach 12 Monaten ist die Mindestmietzeit abgelaufen und dieser kann problemlos gekündigt werden. Fröhlich

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
