Rückgabe Mietgeräte

Hallo,

ich habe letzte Woche insgesamt 5 Mietgeräte gekündigt und diese sind laut Sendungsverfolgung bereits angekommen. Das die Bearbeitung dann immer noch ein wenig dauert, ist mir bewusst.

 

Aber warum bekomme ich für ein Gerät davon eine Eingangsbestätigung sowie 4x die Kündigungsbestätigung ? Lag da ein Fehler vor, das diese so oft raus gegangen ist ?

    Hallo @mariepreller1989,

    ich habe mir das Ganze angeschaut und kann keinen Fehler feststellen.
    Es wurde bisher insgesamt 4x eine Kündigungsbestätigung erstellt. Unter "Gekündigte Leistungen" steht jeweils:
    - Media Receiver 201 schwarz
    - AVM FRITZ!Box 7590
    - Smart Speaker Mini (Schwarz)
    - Smart Speaker (Schwarz)

    also ich habe gerade nochmal geschaut. Ich habe 4x eine Kündigungsbestätigung und in jedem Anhang steht nur der Media Receiver 201. Kann Ihnen hier gerne Screenshots schicken.

    @mariepreller1989 Ich konnte dich leider telefonisch nicht erreichen. Ist wirklich merkwürdig, dass bei dir immer der MR 201 drauf steht. Ich habe gerade erneut nachgeschaut und kann dir versichern, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Laut unserem System wurde jede Kündigungsbestätigung zu einer anderen Uhrzeit erstellt und an dich per E-Mail verschickt. Grüße Alexander M.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
