Router issues

Hello,
My router is not working and I have been trying to call the 0800 number to setup a service call. However, after waiting for 15 to 30 minutes, I am transferred to the English speaking tech dept, as I speak very little German. Unfortunately, everytime I am switched over, the call ends and I have to start again. I was given the number for the techs that speak English, 0800 33 01080...however, it just hangs up. We have been without internet for 2 weeks now and the process of getting help has been frustrating to say the least. Is there a better number or process I can use to get my service back up and running?

2) You gave never feedback after completing your profile - I think your your problem would already be solved, one week
ago.
3) Also you mentionned here not the type of your router: Smart 3.
