Router Listed on Vorvertragliche Pflichtinformation but not in Auftragsbestätigung, No Router Delivery.

Hi Telekom Team, sorry to write in English as I am new to Germany.

 

I ordered  MagentaZuhause XXL for my new apartment and I found something missing in my order Auftragsbestätigung where I ordered  Speedport ProPlus (but it was there on Vorvertragliche Pflichtinformation). Do I need to make a separate order now for the router? or Telekom will notify me separately for the delivery of this Speedport ProPlus? I haven't received any notification/delivery confirmation for this device while the technician  will come at 09/24/2022. Could someone give clarity on this? Thank you very much!

    No problem @Timur K. sorry for a very late reply. i was able to create a storung report and it was fixed after 3 days. thank you for your support 🙏
