Router not arrived / no status
Hi, I have our technical appointment coming Monday PM but I have not received the router. Could I please check on the status of the router delivery, and when we might be able to expect it to arrive? If we need to speak to customer service, is there a way to be connected to an English speaker? Thank you!

Hi Malte, thank you for the call yesterday. We went to the Telekom store yesterday at 7pm but they closed early at 6pm and we were not able to secure a router in store.
Unfortunately have meetings tomorrow morning and won’t be able to go to the store. Is it possible for the technician to bring a router with him/her during the morning PM visit? I will call Hermes tomorrow to figure out where the router is. Please let me know what’s possible? Thank you.

Good evening @lindahmchen,
unfortunately, this is no longer possible at such short notice.
Perhaps you can get a router from the Telekom shop in the morning before the technician's visit, as the visit will not take place before 12 PM.
But don't worry, you don't necessarily have to have a router on site for the connection to be provided, especially as you will be connecting the router yourself anyway and not the technician.
Best regards
Kathrin
