Router not received for new internet

We signed up to Telekom in November for internet and have an appointment with a technician on 29th December, but we have not received a router or any communication about it being sent. Will this be a problem for our appointment?

      Wurde ein Router mitbestellt,

      oder nur ein DSL- / GF- Anschluß beauftragt?

      @Njsw to activate it wouldn't be a problem. But it's very unusal that you didn't receive the router until now.

      I've tried to get an answer for the status of my router but I can find no information (unfortunately don't speak German so can't call hotline) I haven't received a tracking number or SMS. Is there any way you can help.
