was heißt geht aus?
Wenn es ein Mietgerät ist würde ich im Zweifel zuerst einen Tausch veranlassen, auch sonst ist es natürlich nicht mehr das neueste Modell und es liegen 3 Generationen zum aktuellen Smart 3 an Entwicklung dazwischen, ein Tausch würde sich also lohnen.

z.B. mehr Infos posten, es fehlen Angaben über:
- gebuchten Tarif u. bestätigte Geschwindigkeit
- Firmwareversion des verwendeten Routers
- Logbucheintragungen des Routers zum Zeitpunkt der Ausfälle
- ob u. ggfs. welche Powerline -Adapter verwendet werden
- den Typ des Mediareceivers
- die Verbindungsart zw. Mediareceiver u. Speedport
