Severe Interval Packet Loss
For a month, I have been having a severe packet loss that comes in intervals on any connection. All applications are working fine except the ones that require needed constant connection, such as Online Games and Video Calls. Called the hotline and they cannot seem to see the problem from their side. I have also tried changing to a new router in suspect of the old one being broken. The experience is horrible. Another household internet contract (same building) I am using is working fine, except for mine. Is there anything I can do about this issue?

I am looking at the screenshots on a small smart phone screen, but if I’m not mistaken, there is close to no packet loss at all? The first picture shows 0% package loss for the final destination, the second one below 1%.
don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that your Internet connection is fine. But the screenshots, don’t provide evidence.

Hi @ChatCB ,
while @DMSE is correct about there being no actual packet loss on target, I wouldn't say all is well with the plots you've shown either. There seem to be bursts of delay occurring about every 30 seconds, where each time a group of pings is delayed by up to 1800 ms. This does not seem to be normal at all to me.
Unfortunately, your plots appear to start with the first hop behind the DSL line and thus do not include your local router as a hop. Can you rule out the link beween your host (the device you ran pingplotter on) an your router as the surce of the delay, e.g. by getting new plots that do include the router? If the delay bursts are not present between the device and the router, I'll highlight the thread to the support team so they can help with troubleshooting the DSL line.
Edit: I would be great if you could let us know a few things about your setup:

Hi @lejupp ,
I couldn't find a way to get the plot with the router; however, I can provide you with this plot where I ping the router directly. Everything seems fine to me.
For your questions:
I am using a Speedport Pro Router.
Running on my Laptop with a LAN cable connected directly to the router.
I have a 16mbps DSL connection (MagentaZuhause S mit MagentaTV Smart).

I've sent a message to the support team, indicating that what you observe does not appear normal to me, hopefully they'll get back to you soon.
