Should I return my router

Dear all,

 

I have cancelled my Telekom Magenta Home last week due to a relocation abroad. I have received the termination confirmation including for the mietgerate. per email. But It is not clear to me from the email whether I should return the router to Telekom. I tried to check at the below link (https://retoure.telekom-dienste.de/miete/) to create return label for rented devices but did not find the router in the list. 

Please advise. I have attached the email screenshot.

      Have you tried maybe using a different postal code if you lived somewhere else in Germany before?

      I have sent you the return voucher for your Media Receiver via e-mail.
      It should arrive soon.
      If it still hasn't arrived in two days, please contact me here again.
      Also check your spam folder.

      Thank you for the reply!

      I have only received the return voucher for the Media Receiver, which I already returned to Telekom. I did not receive the return voucher for the Speed Port Smart router.

      My contract has 2 rented devices : 

                   1.. Speedport Smart Endgeräte-Servicepaket 
                   2.. Media Receiver 401 sw Endgeräte-Servicepaket 

      Could you please let me know if I have to return the Speedport Smart router?

      sorry for the late response.

      No, you don't have to return the Speedport Smart 1 back to us.

      All the information about this device came with your cancellation confirmation.
