sky sport paket activation

hello,

i ordered internet and tv service from telekom, they gave me a voucher for one year free sky sport paket. when i tried to activate it via activation within 3 minutes, the system told me that the address is not correct/can not be identified/was not found. this address is the location where telekom sent all the necessary devices, documents and even the technician who activated the glasfaser modem. afterwards i tried telekom chat support, they activated via false address data, but the system accepted it. next day i got an email from sky with a customer number inside, i tried to login the sky customer page with the customer number which was provided by sky, their system was also telling me the customer number is not correct/was not found in the system, this is unbelievable the number wich was generated by themselves not by me and they are telling me that the number is not correct. i've been trying to get help from telekom on this regard, so far none of the agents could solve the problem. i hope i would get a solution before the end of this free one year.

    hello @Martin Bo. I would appreciate if you could please find a way to solve this issue, I'm really tired of this struggle, it shouldn't have been that tough. anyway if you would need any additional details about my customer data please just let me know.

    Thanks for the nice conversation. I could reach the sky department, and they will make sure that sky will be activated with the sport package within the next 72 hours.
