Slow internet connection

Liebe Community-Mitglieder,

Hi @AL223, please excuse the long answering time. I checked your line and could'nt find any failure. Your line is a DSL 6000 RAM, which has a range of 2048 KBit/s to 6016 KBit/s. Yout line is actually online with round about 2980 KBit/s. Do you use only Wireless LAN? Maybe you can check the connection via LAN cable, it could be better than. Kind regards, Isabel M.

This is very bad to ask me to check LAN when I have taken WLAN connection. I cannot buy the new setup box for LAN connection .

Very very bad customer service. I even could not open vedios from Youtube some times,

Good evening @AL223. I have checked your Internet connection and it seems that everything is fine. As my colleague told you, a connection via W-LAN is always vulnerable to many sources, like for example the thickness of the walls or electrical devices. The issue is probably that your device is broken. Which router are you using? Do you have a possibility to try a different router? I look forward to your answer and am confident that we will find a solution. Kind Regards Martin B.
