Guten Abend,

seit einigen Tagen wird mein Smatphone, Sony xperia compact, ca. 3 Jahre alt, nicht mehr am USB-Eingang erkannt. WIn 10pro, auch bei älteren Versionen und an anderen Rechnern. Laden funktioniert einwandfrei, Speicher ist ca. 1 GB frei. Support von Sony schickt standard Lösungsvorschläge, die nichts bringen.
