Speed Port 4 wi-fi keeps disconnecting (English Customer)

Hello!

I have DSL 250MB/s with a Speedport Smart 4 and upstairs I have connected a Telekom WLAN- Repeater Speed Home WLAN, Mesh , which was purchased recently hoping this will solve my problem, devices getting kicked out or disconnected during the day ( This issue is happening since the first week i got it installed)

Even if i am connected on Speedport or the mesh, even on 2.5 GHZ or 5 GHZ , multiple times per day all my devices will get disconnected from wi-fi .

I made sure to restart the router, try the speedport.ip to check for any issues and also the Telekom mobile app, which both shows as everything being fine.

All my devices ( laptop, tablet , different phone models - Iphone , Huawei, Samsung ) will get kicked off the network randomly like 20-30 times a day. Some of them will get No ethernet connection for 1 -2 minutes then will be back on. Some will get Wrong Password, for 1-2 minutes (this happens even if i stand right next to the router. )and will be back on wi-fi. Some will get Disconnected from network for 2-3 minutes.

Via Ethernet Cable, with the computer router seems to perform fine, with no problems. Which make me feel that the router have some ongoing issues with the wi-fi but i am unsure how to solve them. Router is rented from Telekom.

i attached as notepad some logs from it ( MAC ID and IP removed for security reasons ) Website is not allowing me to paste them as plain text.

I cannot find a reason for this to happen especially since the cable works great, I tried to look for time out settings or limit but I could not find any limit on terms on devices connected at the same time. It's really annoying to not have a stable wi-fi, is the router having a problem? Is the SpeedPort not capable of maintaining signal and I need to purchase a better router myself? Any advice is good.

Thanks in advance!

@Patrunjel21Have you checked how many other / different WIFI services are additionally in the air? If there are many, this circumstance could be the reason that the used WIFI channel on your router/master WIFI is changed automatically. All other mesh devices then have to follow suit and reorganize the mesh. This can take a few minutes.

I can say after few days that it seems like an improvement. For now it looks good, i did not had enough time to test it properly, but if the issue will still persist i will let you know. I still got some disconnections but I didn't saw them that often.

      Thanks!
