Speedpoint Smart 4 DSL error code e0

I got a new landline DSL contract and received the Speedpoint router from Telekom. The technician came to my house and completed installation over 1 week ago but the internet and phone still do not work. The router states error code e0.

 

I tried the magenta app internet check and it states the router is unreachable. I tried calling customer service but no one speaks English. Any advice? Thanks.

      @DefCounter: Hello, on what date should the connection be available, what does the order confirmation say?

      Sorry, the Errorcode e0 says the DSL Cable to the Internet ( TAE Box) is not connected, or the Line is broken and you must call the Telekom Support.

      When there is no english speeking support agent, maybe a neighbor, who speaks german can help you.

      @DefCounter: I have informed the Telekom team. As it's the weekend now, it may take a while for them to reply. Have you also entered a mobile phone number in your profile?
