You can't get pass this because the details you entered are wrong.
You need to enter your landline phone number and the area code.
Please do not use at this point your mobile number.
Did it now work?

there seems to be a problem with your Kundencenter-Login. Your landline contract is not linked to your account.
I'm happy to help and take a closer look to your landline respectively router. On which time are you available for a call?

Thank you again for the call @Fab098 and I'm sorry, that the technician couldn't help you. On this site you can find the Telekom Shops near your location to get the so called "Schnellstart-Paket".
