Speedport Smart 3 link Problem

Hello, i will write in English since my German is bad. We are facing big issues with our internet. Every day, 20 times throughout the day, internet completely stops working. Wifi works, but internet stops working (I can still ping the gateway IP, but i cannot ping google.com). It lasts 2-5min, then it comes back. This is a big problem, it is cumulative around 45-90min of offline status daily.
I have provided few images of working/not working comparison: ping, gateway status on http://192.168.2.1/html/login/status.html?lang=en, and image of the router

Could you please log into the router through http://speedport.ip and then open this link? http://speedport.ip/engineer/html/version.html
There you will find some cool informations about the DSL connection in the DSL menu. Important are the values for CRC errors as they will affect performance and many of them will make the DSL link drop completely. You can post a screenshot here as long as it doesn't have any personal data in it.
Also please enter your customer number ("Kundennummer") and a callback mobile number ("Handynummer") here and press "Sichern" afterwards: https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:telekom-custom-user-profile-userdata
Then a Telekom employee will have a look into your connection.

Sounds good, thanks. As I said, internet is perfectly working - when its working (no increase in lag, no decrease in throughput, very stable). But 10-15 times per day, something happens with the line and internet is completely offline for 2-3 minutes. So you will have to be lucky to catch the moment when it stops working.
Lets see how it goes after the line reset. I will write an update in next few days.

I did the following last night:
1. disconnected DSL cable from router
2. waited 5 min
3. pulled router power plug from wall
4. waited 1min
5. connected DSL to router
6. put router power plug back into wall
After that the problems seems to have escalated. I've grepped log dumps, now internet fails much more often

I am software developer working from home, I cannot work without internet.
Is it possible to replace the router and cables?
Is it possible that you inspect routers of my neighbour apartments to see if they are also having same issue (maybe line for whole building is broken)?
Is it possible to configure the router to not restart immediatelly after PPPoE fehler (maybe the line gets fixed in 10s and if router doesnt restart it will start working)?
