Speedport Smart 4 Display Defekt?

Hallo ,

mein Speedport Smart 4 a ( Mietgerät ) zeigt irgendwelche Striche an... Ist das Display defekt ?

Die Striche sind permanent sichtbar, sobald das Display etwas anzeigt .

Habe auch bereits den Router auf Werkseinstellungen gesetzt aber die Striche im Display sind nachwievor vorhanden !

Könnte ich den Router tauschen da es ein Mietgerät ist ?
