Ständige DSL Verbindungsabbüche seit 20.09.2019 (VDSL2 100Mb)

Fast eine Woche habe ich regelmässige ständige DSL Abbrüche.
Und heute 26. September meine Verbindung ist besonders schlimm und zwar nutzbar. Das ist ein Screenshot von meinem Monitoring-System.
Ich habe VDSL2 100Mb Vertrag und nutzte Fritz!Box 7490 (FritzOS 7.12) problemlos bevor vorne Woche.
