Dear Telekom Team,
I am moving to a new address and would like to transfer my current internet connection to my new home.
My current address has a fiber optic internet connection. However, my new address does not have fiber optic availability and only supports an Ethernet/ADSL connection. I would appreciate your assistance in checking the available options and arranging the transfer accordingly.
Would it be possible to submit and process the transfer request via email?
I am expected to move on 1 August 2026 and would like to have the internet connection set up at the new address as close to that date as possible.
