Technician didn't Come

Hi,

 

Normally I am a Vodafone user but I decided to change my contract to DSL and got a termin from the Telekom Technician service for my DSL activation. Normally, the technical service was supposed to come today between 12:00 and 16:00. I also checked the arrival time from https://termin.telekom.de/  But nobody came to activate my DSL connection. I have been without internet for 1 month and taking the next termin takes a really long time. Can you please help me to solve this problem?

      Contract concluded with Telekom or via Voda
      If via Voda you have to call them

      If your change to DSL is in such a way, that you have a contract with Telekom, then pls fill your forum profile, do also state the time windows that a Teamie may contact you on your mobile.

      At the beginning of the call for authentication purposes you will be asked the last 6 digits of your bank account IBAN number.

       

      However if your change to DSL was with a contract to a different provider than Telekom (though using Telekom lines and relying on Telekom technicians) then Telekom will not support you directly, then you must contact your contract partner - and your contract partner will contact Telekom for the issue.
