Technician didn’t visit us on the day of appointment

Hello,

I requested a fiber optic connection in November and on the glasfaser portal the installation appointment for dose was scheduled today (17.02.2026).

So I didn’t go out at all, but no one came to my apartment. I also didn’t get any phone calls.

On the portal the date is still today, so I don’t know what should I do with that.

Could anyone please check this issue and contact me?

      Unfortunately, we haven't received any final feedback yet, but we're still following up on this. I've contacted the relevant department again and will get back to you as soon as we have any new information.

      @SeoJ We have received feedback. The property management company has rejected the fiber optic installation in the building. Currently, no installation is planned. Please contact the property management company.
