The technician failed to connect fiber to my apartment again. This is already the third time.
The reason is that my home address is different from the connection address. I live in a big building which has multiple addresses. All of my apartment's electirc and internet wiring goes through the neighboring address. The technician told me that he cannot connect my apartment because the address does not match.
For example:
- Telekomstr. 5 (this is my address)
- Telekomstr. 6 (internet needs to be connected to here)
I have explained this situation to at least 3 different Telekom representitives, and I am loosing my patience. Please escalate this issue to the highest level.
If this cannot be resolved within this week, I am getting a lawyer to cancel my contract.

Hi @aegookja,
I was not able to find anything substantial yet, but there has to be a way to make your fiber connection! 😅 So: The last try has been canceled, but if you want to, we can give it another try. Maybe tomorrow in the evening?
Then we could speak about the problem concerning the address, too (even if it was not a problem with the other contract).

Sadly, its your fault, hard to say, but thats the fact right now.
Fiber Connections are booked only on the correct living address of the customer.
If you live in Hausnummer 6, you have to book on Hausnummer 6, it doesnt matter that the location of the fiber connection or electricity, water or gas is in 5, you live in 6, then you book in 6.
