I participated in the cashback promotion ('mein Bonus') and submitted all the necessary documents. I received a confirmation email with an order number that states: 

'Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Auszahlung bis zu 6 Wochen in Anspruch nehmen kann. In der Regel erfolgt die Auszahlung binnen 14 Tage. '

The confirmation email was sent six weeks ago. Who can I contact to inquire why the money hasn't been transferred yet?
