Termination of my contract: no response

Hi,
Sorry to write in english. I left Germany so I needed to terminate my internet contract with Deutsche Telekom. As requested, I filled the internet form the 7 August 2019 by giving a copy of my working visa for Japan. I also gave back the router and the media receiver to a Deutsche Telekom shop. Since then, I do not have any news. Is my contract terminated? Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately I couldn't find a contract with the customer number and your name you recorded in your profile. Can you check it? Are you in Japan right now or in France? The call back number is from french, that's why I'm asking.

Thank you for your reply. Normally, I put my customer number (kundennummer) on my profile. My mobile phone number is from France, indeed. Maybe we can talk in private by tchat, phone or mail if you need more information?
