Need termination of Mobile Contract (issued by a fraud sales representative)

Hello Telekom Team, 

Sorry to say this, but I am having the worse experience as a Telekom Customer. this all started last December when a Telekom sales representative visited my house with an offer of converting my existing DSL connection from another provider to Telekom Fiber to home connection without any extra pay, this guy manage to convince me for the conversion & finally I agreed to it & gave my consignment to him on the site note that anything needs to be process in February 2023 , as i will be out of country till end of January , when i returned back, I saw this  bunch of Telekom letter some of them carrying Sim cards inside, eventually i understood that this fraud person allotted 3 Mobile contract without my consent , as he knew that i wont be able to cancel them by 14 days policy because of the out of country status, since then (February )  i have been trying to cancel this unwanted mobile contracts which i have no purpose & never wanted , but end up getting no response from a Organization like Telekom & end up paying 80 Euro every month without even activating those SIm cards.

 

Which makes me ask Telekom through this Community " Is this how Telekom doing Fraud business now a days to earn money from those who are trapped somehow unknowingly by sales representatives visiting innocent people at their home with Telekom ID card & later on Telekom even ignores to identify the person"

 

I would highly like to have an answer on this, before I take it up with legal adviser.

    Sounds like you have fallen victim to the notorious Ranger sales people, who work on behalf of Telekom. I have informed the team, and they will get back to you in a timely manner. In the meatime, please fill your profile with all necessary data, especially a phone number where you can be reached an a time frame that works best for you.

    Sharing identities is simply forbidden by law.

    If a court orders the information to be released, Telekom will comply.

     

    An order confirmation always comes immediately after the order is received, so no employee has any influence on it. It's just not a good idea to sign a contract and then disappear for 2 months.

     

    It is questionable whether help can still be provided after this time

    The complaints team responded to you yesterday and requested the data of the rangers.

    Once this information is available, the case will be reviewed.

    I am unable to assist further with this case, as the complaints team is now handling it and awaiting your input.

    Hi Carolin, I also have the exact same issue! I was also harassed by Ranger guys. They practically barged into my house asking to see whether my apartment already had the glass fiber connection because "I needed to change to Telekom because in 2 weeks the change to glass fiber in my quarter would be changed." Don't ask me how they convinced me but they did. At that time my contract with O2 was about to end and I was already thinking of switching to Telekom so I wanted to hear them out. But I regret this so much. I had the exact same experience. The guy stuck me with 4 extra sim cards that he promised were going to be for free and he promised I would be able to change my tariff after 6 months if it was too much for me. What he didn't say was that I could only upgrade, not downgrade. I tried everything. I sent the withdrawal form, I called, I sent emails, I tried explaining the situation but no one was able to help me. They said they could do nothing after 14 days.

    My situation has gotten worse since then. I recently lost my job and now I'm stuck with a bill that is over a hundred euros! Can someone please help me? I had a good impression of Telekom and so far this is a hellish experience, I regret ever wanting to switch.
