Trotz bezahlter Rechnung ....inkassobüro

Habe zwecks Wegzug meinen Anschluss zu Ende Juli gekündigt.Rechnungen wurden am 17 August bezahlt.Seit dem nur Mahnungen.Trotz mehrmaligem Anruf keine Änderung.Auch ein Einzelnachweis der Zahlung von meiner Hausbank, den ich per E-Mail geschickt habe und dessen Eingang mir Die Telekom bestätigt hat ,brachte keinen Erfolg.Jetzt habe ich ein Inkassobüro am Hals.

    Hallo @2jana1210,

    die Kollegen von der Buchhaltung haben nun die Umbuchung durchgeführt und die Forderung vom Inkasso-Unternehmen zurückgeholt.

    Tut mir leid, dass es sich so hingezogen hat, aber nun ist alles wieder glatt und in Ordnung. Fröhlich

    ich spring' nochmal für Lea ein. Diese meldet sich morgen bei dir. Aber so wie ich das vorläufig beurteilen kann, würde ich sagen, dass es sich überschnitten hat. Aber wir warten da auf Lea, safety first. Fröhlich

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
