      Hi @Nanda1

Could it be that you have a new connection?
Take a look at the billing times and what is recorded as costs.

Thank you for the nice call, @Nanda1 . I hope I could explain a little bit this confusing invoice-topic.

      Just as a little summary:

The second invoice was for the 19.08.23 - 31.08.23 (partial) and 01.09.23 - 30.09.23. Additionally the provision fee. Here was the credit we gave already included.

The actuall invoice is valid for the 01.10.23 - 31.10.2023 but was created at the 21.09.2023.

If you have any further questions, just let me know. Fröhlich

      Kind regards Sven Ö.

      Hello,

for the invoice number 32 7647 7900 0441, the component Nachkauf-Pass 40 GB 2 Stück 10.08.23 - 16.08.23 59,90 € is confusing. I thought that when connection doesn't work, data for quick start was free? Did I miss something here?

      Regards,

Hey @Nanda1 , I'm sorry, I thought we were talking about the landline contract. In this case I made a refund for the paid amount and cash it out on your bank account. Fröhlich

      Kind regards Sven Ö.

Without further hints on the text one can read in the two different invoices support/explanation in the forum will be limited to a Telekom Teamie who can have a look in your customer data, probably showing up one of these days.
