Receiving continous invoices after contract cancellation + Mahnkosten
4 years ago
Hello,
After cancelling my contract in August 2020, I kept receiving invoices to pay (I payed the first one thinking it was the final invoice, and then received more) with "Mahnkosten" until today, January 2021.
I have moved out of Germany and the new tenant of my apartment is kindly sharing the invoices if he receives anything but I do not understand these amounts, nor why I am getting "Mahnkosten" on top of them the first time I even receive them. I have already paid a big bill after cancelling my contract.
Thank you for the help.

I had a look at your contract. Your last bill was for November. Your contract was terminated for 25. November 2020. That's why you got charged for 1. - 25. of November 2020.

Hello,
Thank you for checking and for your answer.
I don't quite understand what was the previous invoice I paid on that case. As I have no way of retrieving anything, would it be possible for you to send those over to me for reference?
Can you also confirm for me on top of what your colleague said about not giving the router back, to ensure there are no further issues once I settle the open invoices?
Thank you again.

Your last bank transfer was for the bills in September, October and the rest of August.
No, there is no need to send a device back because I could see any devices on your name in the system. Everything is fine there.
I can send you the last bills, a telekom account overview and our bank details and open amount.
Please fill this form for me. So I can give you all information.
