Unable to activate my fiber optic internet connection

Hello,
My internet connection setup by technician was done on May 5th however I wasn't able to activate the connection through the link sent as there was a error message stating device status offline.
We informed the customer support team last week and itself and appointment was scheduled for today(Störungsnummer: 308330266) however no one came to check the connection and fix the issue (Fritzbox power/fiber led blinks continuously isn't stable)
I request you to help me and fix this at the earliest since I'm unable to work because of this

Hey!
Depending on where u live there may a have been multiple days where employees have gone on strike. That's probably why noone came.
Do you have a fiber fritzbox or a telekom modem?
If the fritz!box supports fiber:
Is the fritz!box setup to be used as fiber router? Login to your dashboard on fritz.box go to the "Access credentials" tab or whatever they called it and select fiber by telekom.
If you need a new appointment, you can arrange it either via mail (if a button is provided) or via phone 08003301000.

I'm located in Berlin. It's fritzbox 5530 with integrated SFP modules
There's no option on fritzbox router configuration dashboard to select telekom. However, along with customer support team we did some router diagnostics too the issue seems to be with line connection.
Could you please help me with appointment at the earliest? Doesn't today's get postponed to tomorrow if the technician doesn't visit?

No, a time slot needs to be available. If there isn't enough time for it, the next day can't be made possible. Please try calling the line 08003301000 and keep the number of your fixed line ready when asked or wait for a Telekom employee here to reach out to you.
If not already done add your customer number in your profile settings and a time-space where they can reach you.
