VDSL 100 seit ca. 3 Tagen zu langsam

Hallo,

seit ca. 3 Tagen ist mein VDSL 100 Anschluss mehr als zu langsam. Ich verwende eine FritzBox 7390 mit aktuellem Fritz OS 6.83.

Lt. Speedtestist der Downstream derzeit bei 1,3 MBit der Upstream aber bei 25 MBit. :-(.

Woran könnte es liegen. Neustart FritzBox habe ich schon versucht.
