Hi @buenout,
if you are moving abroad you can use this online form to cancel the contract. Please add the date you are leaving Germany and one of the required documents.
Regarding your hardware you can use this online portal to print return labels. Please note that the contract for the hardware and the DSL contract are separate and the cancellation date for the hardware is the day the return package arrives at our facilities.
