Hello.
The PLOAM Password does not exist anymore.
You have to register your Router with the "Einrichtungslink" provided via Mail.
Have you ordered a contract?

Hi
Many for your kind response. The link in Email and SMS is not working for me because, my Glasfaser Id starts with A and then 6 numbers. In the Glasfaser Anschluss it asks for Glasfaser Id with a mix of 3 Alphabets and 4 Numbers.
I get an error Glasfaser Id is unbekannt.
However when I try to connect to http://speedport.ip it recognised my Glasfaser Id but is asking for PLOAM Password.
My contract was activated by Telecom on 17th June.
I attached some screenshots in case it helps.
