wrong invoice

Dear Sir / Madam,

 

I applied for a new connection and was charged around 236 euro only for the testing of the connection in my house, I believe this service is free but not sure on what basis this much amount is charged when I raised this issue 99 euro was returned but not the complete amount. I need your immediate attention on why this amount was charged in the first place and why it was not returned to me completely.

      thank you for the call.
      Like we discussed, we will refund part of the costs from the first invoice.
      This refunding process can take up to 2 months.
