wrong invoice

Dear Sir / Madam,

 

I applied for a new connection and was charged around 236 euro only for the testing of the connection in my house, I believe this service is free but not sure on what basis this much amount is charged when I raised this issue 99 euro was returned but not the complete amount. I need your immediate attention on why this amount was charged in the first place and why it was not returned to me completely.

      Hi Johannes,

       

      I have added my details on the provided link, just to summarise my issue, I have applied for a new DSL connection, Technician visited my place for the connection verification, this is supposed to be a free service for a new customer but was charged 236 euro after my complaint was returned 99 euro not the entire amount, reason which is not true(Reason was given to me that technician has done installation in my house which is not the case, he just checked the connection and activated the router to verify the connection is working), please let me know if you need any further information.
