Erweiterung Magentacloud fehlgeschlagen

Hallo, ich habe heute mit  Auftragsnummer: <entfernt*> die Magentacloud auf 100GB erweitert, sehe jetzt allerdings im Kundencenter im Status " fehlgeschlagen". Habe auch keine Bestätigungsmail o.ä. bekommen?

Könnt ihr das bitte mal prüfen?
