Magenta Cloud Problem

Hallo, ich möchte eine mp4-Datei mit 2,3 GB in die Cloud laden. 

Das Hochladen startet allerdings nur mit ca 700 KB/sec und bricht nach einiger Zeit ab.

Meine Frage: warum ist die Geschw. so niedrig und wie kann ich das verbessern?
